Yes. You can book Oleku Events for specific services without choosing a full planning package. We offer partial planning and day-of-event coordination, with support tailored to your individual needs. Contact us to discuss how we can support your event.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings and larger events. Ideally fully planning should begin 6-12 months in advance, while partial planning and coordination services can often be booked closer to the event date, subject to availability. If your event is approaching soon, please still get in touch – we may be able to help.  

Yes. We work with a trusted network of professional vendors and suppliers to help bring your event together.  We are also happy to work with vendors you have already chosen, ensuring everyone works together smoothly to deliver your vision.  

Our cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the service booked and are outlined in your individual service agreement. Any applicable payments, deposits, cancellation or refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking.  

Yes. Oleku Events offers destination event planning across the UK and beyond. We can support you with planning, coordination and trusted vendor management to create a seamless celebration, wherever your event takes you.
